Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements. Nick Daniel Design is not responsible for the downtime of your website or your hosting services. It is your\n responsibility as the customer to renew your domain name before its expiration date, and if you fail to do so, the domain name and hosting account may be deactivated.<\/p>\n
