Project estimates are valid for 15 days from the date of estimate. Project may be remitted if, upon receipt of all project elements, Nick Daniel Design determines the scope of the project has been altered dramatically from the
originally agreed upon concept. Trademark and copyright fees are not included. The client assumes full reproduction rights upon payment. All work created by Nick Daniel Design may not be edited, manipulated or revised by another
agency or 3th party. Nick Daniel Design retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes and the marketing
of Nick Daniel Design. Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements. Nick Daniel Design is not responsible for the downtime of your website or your hosting services. It is your
responsibility as the customer to renew your domain name before its expiration date, and if you fail to do so, the domain name and hosting account may be deactivated.
